Exercise right of withdrawal
If you bought as a consumer, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase of services. For a service, the period runs from the day the agreement was entered into. Identify your order below and submit the request - you do not need to give a reason. You will receive an email confirmation. If you expressly asked for the work to begin during the withdrawal period, an amount for the part already performed may be payable, handled in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law. Where the legal requirements are met, the right may cease once the service has been fully performed. Withdrawal is a separate right from complaining about a defective or non-conforming service - for that, just get in touch. See the terms & conditions.
